It comes as a kit from Ford called a Zetec kit but they had to buy the whole kit (5). THIS FITS ALL MODELS SEDAN OR HATCHBACK, JUST NOT ST MODEL.  Nothing to cut, exact fit to your OEM Ford bumper now.
I was trying to find photos of it installed, if you go to Focus Fanatics and type in Zetec body kit it will show you what dealer sells for as well as photos from guy who installed one.
This is a kit to upgrade the S or SE model
