    You are looking at a NOS (new old stock) strap fastener loop/footman loop manufactured between 2005 and 2011. Each packs comes with 10 loops and they are made of steel coated in green CARC paint. These fasteners are a universal fit for HMMWVs, HMMWV trailers, and other military vehicles such M151 Mutts and Jeeps. Each pack is in plastic unopened from the manufacturer but may have some shelf wear.
    These loop fasteners are the key to anchoring a cargo cover, strapping Jerry Cans or ammo cans in place, and much more!
