Description

Presented is a handsome Wallace sterling silver water pitcher, dating to around the 1930s-1950s. The pitcher is done in a lovely round bodied form, with a scrolled handle and a band of decoration around the neck. The pitcher is spotlessly clean inside and polished to a bright mirror shine on the outside, like the day it was made. The pitcher is a good large size, with a capacity of 5 pints (80 fluid ounces/2.4 liters)
This piece is in great overall condition. There have no doubt been one or two minor dents professionally removed, but this is not noticeable from the exterior. There are no splits, no breaks, no dents, no monograms, no monogram removals, and no repairs.
The underside of the piece is stamped Wallace, sterling, 1460, and the capacity, 5 pints.
The pitcher stands about 8 inches tall.
