    6599 DIAGONAL SPRUE CUTTER
    MADE by BERGEON in SWITZERLAND
    The original Swiss Made BERGEON # 6599 diagonal cutting pliers is a heavy duty cutter designed for cutting thicker size wire, casting sprues and rods. This cutter is widely used in the Jewelry Industry in the manufacturing process of casting, for sprue cutting.
    The first 3 mm of the tips are rated for cutting a maximum of 1.50mm thick wire (Rated for cutting Soft Metals).
    The Bergeon 6599 cutter is designed with hardened steel cutting jaws specially shaped pointed jaws that allow access to tight areas. This design of the blades consistently makes clean and quick close cuts.  The long handles with multiple linkage design of the cutter compounds and leverages the cutting action providing maximum pressure with minimum fatigue.
    This cutter has a locking system holds pliers closed when not in use to protect cutting edges.
