Antique Sterling Silver Water Pitcher Exc Cond 24.22 troy oz. Repousse 1889 Nice

All this gorgeous heavy silver pitcher needs is polishing to restore it to its original gleaming perfection! It stands about 7 1/4" tall at the lip and is about 5 1/2" wide at the top. I had it weighed by a local reputable jeweler, and he said it weighs 24.22 troy ounces. The pattern on its bulbous bottom is alternating wide swirls, narrow swirls and swirls with repousse designs of flowers and foliage. It has no dents or dings. On the bottom it is engraved "John L. Emmons to E.E.B. 1989" in a pretty cursive script. The bottom reads in different places "STERLING". "101",  "4.pts"? and a  logo that I can not make out. I have shown four pictures of the bottom for your inspection. The pitcher is beaded around the top rim and has a 2 1/4" long applied design work on the top of the handle.
