    Specimen 50% silver coin commemorates and recognizes the founding of the North West Mounted Police which later became the Royal Canadian Mounted Police in 1873.

    Royal Canadian Mint issued Prestige Set comes in black cardboard box with maple leaf, book type with clasp. Red satin inside, hinged black plastic 7-hole display, encapsulated coins - coloured flocked jackets.
